hey guys i have no spark i made a crucial mistake and set the spark output to not inverted. how to test vb921 or the coil it self to see wich is faulty. i don't own a stim either.

if you still have the POV, you wont be able to boost it more than factory. i suggest taking it out and plugging it. if my memory serves me right, then its just a standard 1" plug. i got mine from a NA plenum. -
Just wanted to show off my turbo, now thats its summer im getting anxious to work on my z31. Its a Garrett T04E .70 a/r compressor 55mm and a .84 a/r 65mm exhaust wheel.Its Looks bigger than my friends HY35, i tried contacting garrett about it, but no luck. how much power do you guys think it can support just based on the size of it?

hey guys i was wondering if anyone had a spark map for a VG30ET they would be willing to share, or an MSQ. i would like to compare them. my setup is 1987 300zx with 84 vg30et MSII v3.0 running with 2.682 software.( i can't seem to upgrade, i dont get it) im using the stock cas, stock 260cc injectors, stock O² sensor. my car runs pretty good, but im still not sure that i have everything set correctly.is there anything in specific i should have set in megatune that im not aware of? Success stories maybe? or hints.

my setup is an 87 300zx Turbo MSII V3.0 +4 bar stock 260cc injectors im using the cas sensor from an 87 300zx heres a pic of my spark map. after alot of messing around i managed to get the car going better then ever, only im having a major glitch between 2200 and 2500rpm,i think im having problems with the Accel wizard. ill report back after some more messing around

i have the tps all wired in and was working perfectly in megatune. now my car has become undriveable. all it does is sputter and rev up slowly, it makes 8 PSI before even 2500rpm. i dont get it.can anyone elaborate on this? also when reving the accell and decel flash on and off.my car runs great idling, it revs up smoothly, but once under load it becomes not driveable. someone please help me

hey guys, i bought a TPS from a 240sx and it has the stock 3 wire plug, with another plug comming off of it. im also getting really weird readings in megatune. its giving me numbers in the 1000's, and when driving, my TPS gauge gets pegged and keep going up until i let off completely. does anyone have a diagram on how to install this thing.

i have the same problem with my act clutch. i read somewhere online that nissan just makes noisy throwout bearings.

the downloader tool helped me greatly, i was able to check it and flash it successfully. ive also managed to connect with the megasquirt only the fuel pump wont come on. still havent figuered out why. ill report back when i have some news

ok so i have the main power hooked up and i tried connecting to the MSII with the laptop but i had no luck.anyone have tips on how to get it going. im using a serial to usb. also how am i supposed to know when the MS is on? since ive had it in the car, and hooked up i am unable to tell if the box even works?

hey guys, decided to put the car down and put in my brand new MegaSquirt II v3.0 PCB Assembled + 4 BAR MAP. the engine bay wiring harness has been stripped out of the car. the new harness has been layed out. today the wiring process starts.i started by cutting the stock harness and took the main relay and wired it to the new harness. now i have my main power for the MS. i havent made it much farther. now i have a few questions. how many of you people are using the factory wiring for the relays? im having a hard time hooking up the fuel pump relay. its plugged in just like the image. but megasquirt wont turn it on. but when i touch the test light to the relay, the fuel pump comes on. what do most of you do with the 4 wires comming from the AIC on the wiring harness, as i have no use for this.can they be used for something else? how am im supposed to wire up the 2 step launching feature. my car has a FPR solenoid, is there anyway to wire this up. or do i eliminate the sensor. when megasquirt is on using key on power are the leds supposed to be on? heres a few pics so far of the install.

hey guys, i have an 88 CLSD from a z31, and i have a ring and pinion, 3.54 from and 84 turbo. im about to swap the parts out, is there anything i need to know before doing so.

the stock tranny from a z32 is plenty tough, if you live in australia it shouldnt be hard to track down a OS Giken Cross gear set too if the stock tranny cant take wwhat you throw at it.they say the stock 5 speed can take 600hp

alright well im slightly confused about how to identify the gear ratio from an R200. i have a diff from an 84T with 3.54 gear ratio, only once dissasembled i noticed the ring gear has 39-11 stamped on it aswell as 39 teeth.does this mean its a 3.9 gear ratio? i really want a 3.54 diff. any info would be nice

i have a z31 and this happened to me also when iw ent from AUTO to standard. that spacer is deffinatly causing the problem

im not 100% sure but i think it has something to do with the Injector recall! there have been some cars that catch on fire because of the wiring and the recall is supposed to fix this problem! but then again i could be wrong! -
