  8. Ok here is the deal. On the main forum page it shows 4,822 theads in the Non Tech Board. then when I enter that board there is only 5 posts there. And no next page button or anything. I am using Netscape 7.2. Any ideas other than switching to Internet Explorer " Yuck Bad Word Get The Soap "
  9. Hiyas all I know this isn't Z related but I just bought a 72 PL521 Pickup that was made in 5 of 71 hehe. Well anyway my first Datsun was a 72 PL521, and I want to build another Datsun now that my Z is (done). So I am looking for a source for forged pistons, I was able to find TRW pistons back in 1989 when I built my L18 that I had in the P/U. Well I just picked up a L20B engine to build over the winter, and want togo 11:1 comp or more. So if you know a good source for them please let me know. Thanks much.
  10. Here IS your Answer http://hybridz.org/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=38043
  11. Humm, I will check the vaccum level. But the peddle is easy to push down with the engine running, but hard to push with the engine off. sounds like the boster is working. What do you think?
  12. Bummer I was HOPEING to see a reply to this. I have the same problem. My brakes worked perfectly fine before installing the 400 in my 76 Z. But now when I stop, peddle goes to floor then brakes engage. This is the second new master cylinder so I must be doing something wrong.
  13. Just wanted to give a link to A good place to get dampners and other parts. http://www.parts123.com/PartFrame.asp?ZTM=cadegeca&GHOME=www.dirttrackthunder.com&TITLE=Dirt_Track_Thunder
  14. Sounds like maybe you have a bad ground. and while cranking it is acting like a ground for the starter motor. Maybe?
  15. I say use rhino liner " the stuff they spray in truck beds" it comes in Colors and is indestructable.
  16. Messure the drawings they don't match up to the listed dementions, you can just use scalling on your coppier to get them the right size
  17. by SuperDan Also, you can no longer reply to any post in the For Sale Forum, use PM or email to ask questions of the seller/buyer!
  18. The fuse block is from a local stereo shop it takes standard MAXI fuses. The wheels are 17x8 and yes the tires are too small for the car, they are off of my VW Jetta, I am going to buy 245/45/17 this spring. I hope they fill the wheel wells a little better
  19. Well Sense I’ve been a member of this wonderful community starting 25 Mar 2001. I think it is about time to show you guys what you helped me build. This car is a 1976 280-Z with a Chevy 406 @ about 430hp to the wheels. This is the second one that I built. The first one was not as nice. I have been driving this one sense June 2003. Well here are this pictures you have been waiting for. ( So On With The Show )
  20. I would have to say your best bet would be to sell everything part by part. Split them up and make some good money, And take your time clean the parts up to make them look good. and take some good pictures A good looking good working part brings more money than a dirty Great working part anyday on Ebay. Sounds like a GREAT DEAL you got for $700.00 Happy Motoring
  21. When I replied' date=' it was under brakes/wheels/suspension forum, and a moderator moved it. I've been around long enough to know how UBBs work (and administer/moderate 3 of them)[/quote'] So
