I'm planning on taking a trip in October to somewhere in the Caribbean for my birthday. I'm looking for some advice on where exactly to go. Some places I had in mind were St. Thomas, Negril, Jamaica, or Nassau Bahamas. Anyone here been to any of these places? I'm really looking for a place that's less of a secluded private getaway type of deal and more of a party atmosphere I guess you could say. I'll be with a couple friends, we're all in our mid 20's. It should be comparable to a Garrett GT42R in terms of overall size. Here is a picture of a GT42 next to a T67.

The shop next door to mine used one. It fit OK but the throttle body it came with was way too big. Something like 100mm. It essentially made the throttle an on/off switch. I personally liked the way you could modulate the throttle with the factory ITB's on mine. Brandon

I really wouldn't come in here and tell other people that they have no basis for an opinion when it's THEIR opinion. Not everyone has to see things your way. If I'm not mistaken, that's Karim's listing (Racer98 on this board). He's known for the quality of his engines.

While the rotary may be really cool, it's downfalls supercede that cool factor really very quickly. They're loud, dirty, finicky engines that never seem to hold together in turbocharged form. There is a reason the V8 swap is so popular among RX-7 owners. I think someone did that RX-7 a favor. -Brandon Owner of an LS1 FD
