anyone ever tried to use a 351 block but with a 302 or 331 crank and longer rods?
that way you could use the heftier, stronger block and hopefully increase the redline limit
by sticking the turbos up front arent they extremely close to the belt? Ive seen many setups like this and always wondered if anyone has had any problems.
I guess eiher way a couple hea shields would sove the problem anyways
and also wondering how mild steel would hold up to the turbo's heat. and I'm assuming those guys just weld on a turbo flange onto the collector of the headers
that looks like a promising project. how many miles does it got? are you planning a rebuild? what kind of mods you gonna do? and are you going to keep the FI or carb it?
