  1. what size should the hole in the middle of the rim be?
  2. after I thought about it i figured i was kinda wrong, you could just extend the rails but i believe the "connectors" are when theres one more piece which would connect the rail to the rear sub frame
  3. i got solidworks n could prolly do it for you pretty easy if ur interested post some close up pics and as many dimensions as you can
  4. could you fit a 1:18 scale model in your wind tunnel? Its larger and has more detail so it would be easier to work with and more realistic i was thinking about getting a 1:18th to mold custom fenders and such. i checked ebay and they're not too expensive ps. could you show pics and information about your wind tunnel, I'm very interested edit: just checked ebay, roughly 20 dollars plus shipping for the die cast and 1:18 is available in die cast while 1:12 is available in the "build yourself" kind
  5. not quite... the frame rails originally only supports a bit of the front body by making "connectors" you are simply extending the rails by cutting them up and welding in longer pieces to support more of the body so it doesn't flex under higher load
  6. u should bring over a rhd fairlady

  14. maybe its just me but i really dont like the stock rear light. I like the 4 round light covesion, but just wanted to see what this looks like
  15. yah those speed bleeders are the way to go... would need some customising, but would be good to have one inline right after the master cylinder too

  17. http://www.canadiantire.ca/assortments/product_detail.jsp?FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=1408474396669458&ASSORTMENT%3C%3East_id=1408474396670271&bmUID=1145264780935&PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=845524442200699&assortment=primary&fromSearch=true I know its CANADIAN TIRE, but im sure you wouldnt have any trouble finding the same or better where you live, its just the first place i looked $79.99 CAD so about $50 USD, rated for 750lbsx2=1500lbs I dont think the shell alone would weigh that much, but if your next project does, you could easily reinforce it (practice your welding). all you'd have to do is cut it and extend it (practice your welding) I wouldnt say its ghetto either, got perfectly placed swivel wheels and perfectly strait. good luck trying to make a better one
