Ok gotcha makes sense. Removing my turbo and manifold is also tricky, so certainly understand removing the head. I recently had to deal with broken exhaust manifold studs and had to buy this kit to remove the pieces that broke off flush in the head..just needs a steady hand:

Thanks Yasin! Yes, I have many mods, too many to type before bed. She is turbo and is in the 450wtq range. Isky racing cam and MSII as well.

I am running the Flex-A-Lite 410 Puller rated at 2.500-cfm (I also have the cab mounted manual over ride switch) on my modified L30 Turbo and I lived in Colorado Springs for 10-years with this set-up (now Houston which has more extreme weather than NM and CO) and have had no issues.

Here are a few photos of my 79. N/A, still 2.8L, Wiseco domed forged pistons at 10:1 compression, mild street port, MSA stage 2 cam and valvetrain, MSA 6-2 header, custom 2.5in exhaust, MS3, etc etc. Approximately 200rwhp, lots of fun, lots still to do!

I bet the spools quickly and like the weight reduction idea...however not a fan of cutting the fender. Any engine bay pics of how your routed it?

You know yasin, of all the S30's without bumpers that look fantastic, I've never seen a S130 look "right" without a bumper. But yet your car on the other hand, should be banned from EVER driving ANYWHERE without the hood and bumper REMOVED!!! Man that's just pure sex on the beach with a margarita in hand.
