Thanks for all the suggestions.  One thing I didn't mention above is that due to the fact I track my car regularly, I have installed plastic headlight covers to help my aero and prevent flying debris from taking out my headlights at over 100 mph.  To that end, new high tech headlights would still need to beam through these scratched covers which also fog up a bit during the winter.  So I'm really only concentrating on adding fog lights  with protective plastic covers.

These guys are worth it. They are a clear protective cover. You can hit them with a hammer all day long and they won't break.

  2. Fully assembled 260z/280z LED tail lights. LEDs boards come with a lifetime warranty. Housings are refurbished and may be missing a tab or so but are in excellent functional condition.

They are plug and play and include a LED reverse light. If you would like Sequential function, you must hook up an ignition power wire. Instructions included.

    $499

    Call (833) DAPPER-1 / (833) 327-7371 to purchase.

  3. The other thread started to get pretty complicated so here's a new clean one.

We have LED Sequential Tail Lights IN STOCK for:

    240Z Red Lens (USD)

    240Z Amber Lens (JDM)

    260Z

    280Z

The pricing for the kits is $359 including reverse and low current flashers. The hybridz price is 10% off.

If you are interested, please PM me with your email and what kit you want or email us at info@dapperlighting.com with the same info.

Let me know if you have any questions. Once these kits go into distribution, the group buy will deactivate (maybe a week or two).

    Thanks!

    Ben

  4. I'm running:

17x9 front +35 with 2" adapter on 215/40/17   I can barely stick a business card through the wheel and the front coilover.

17x10 rear +20 with 1.5" adapter on 245/40/17   I could add another inch or two inwards to the rear wheels without insane modifications.

For all you adapter haters. We have extended studs all the way around. Never had an issue. :)

  5. Running a 12" mishimoto all the time and a 10" mishimoto with a thermostat switch at 210 degrees (if I remember correctly). Seems to work pretty well so far. Though I haven't driven it hard in 100+ degree weather yet. Fits with no issues and mounts perfectly on my aluminum radiator.

  6. The truck lights and all of the LED headlamps will bolt right on.

Most of the lights are the dual reflective design but there's a few unique ones. Numerous tests have rated JWSpeaker the best of all of them (also the most expensive).

Different brands that make LED headlamps:  Trucklite, JWSpeaker, Peterbilt, Phillips, KC, Phase 7, GE, Maxxima, etc... It goes on and on.

But... I'm biased so go Dapper Lighting :)

Put an LED amber bulb in the city light and wire to your turn signals.

    Pros: TONS of light output

    Cons: $$$

    This: http://www.dapperlighting.com/collections/projector-headlights/products/7-inch-round-diamond-cut-headlight-w-turn-signal

Pros: $, built in turn signal

Cons: Meh light output compared to the projectors + HIDs.

  8. i have an hid brand i like and will use ill just need the replacement housing with the projectors retrofitted in. i like the dapper ones though, looks like quality and minimizes my chances for mistakes and leaks with the retrofit. its one of those small things that you want to do to the car that you dont want to have to redo lol. guys from dapper, ill give you a call when im ready! thanks for the help everyone!

Sounds good! All you'll need are some H1 bulbs for this setup and we give you the rest of the plug and play wiring. Just let us know when you're ready.

  9. All of our units are completely plug and play and come with a 5 year warranty. If you can source your own HID kits, you can get a kit from us with all the necessary wiring for $269. It's an extra $100 to add an HID kit but it also comes with a 5 year warranty.

Most folks are running our 7" Classic Chrome and Black as well as our Modern Matte/Gloss.

Here's a link to some pictures of the MSA Z Car show. Most of the images are s30s with Dapper Lighting headlights on them.
