dude thats insane, but looks good. i tried the hot glue gun for the foam and its much better than the spray adhesive and yes the tape makes you see the somewhat finished product i should be done shaping everything today or tomorrow. i will post more pics. im intrested in seeing more in your project keep it up.

thanks, the only snag is that i dont know if the smaller 240z bumper will clear the rear of the flairs. i cant check that because i dont have them yet. but as the process its going good i really havent got much done beuse i have been really busy lately but this weekend i should have all 4 done and pics should be uploded soon.

when im done with my 75z its going to be tan. i dont know the code but its like smoke tan i have seen it in the new bmw 5 series i belive.

i got the foam from MICHAELS they had a big ass piece wich i thought was expensive for 11bucks it was about 2in thick and 3ft long i got blocks of 4 and they were 3 bucks for 4 of them. also to make them stick im using spray adhesive doesnt work right oway but it gets the job i also use nails to hold them wile the the adhesive dries if anyone has better idea on what to use besides me let me know because the drying part its getting on my nerves.

would i be able to reuse the mold one of my friends wants me to make him a set if they come out right? those flares look bad ass.... thanks

yeah something like that i was planning on using masking tape or alluminium foil.

well i personally would check how much a fender is and then try to figure out how much its going to cost you to fix it and how much time you are going to put in to it. and make your desision off that. hope thats what you wanted to hear.

:hs:i know a lot of you here in this site have made your own flares. there is a couple of ways to do them i thought the easy way was to buy the florist foam and make a mold out of it. i havint seen anyone here do that yet and if they did i didnt search good enough! well after im done with the mold im going to fiberglass it and hope for the best. i guess im just looking for some advice from the pros. this is the first time doing this and i have taken an autobody course just for the resto of my z. ill post some pic of what i have so far as soon as my wife gets back from walmart she took the f-n camera. give me about 30 min. thanks.

i know you can order a master kit from black dragon or get individual pieces or energy suspension.

it was just the post a comment box on the bottom and then i clicke in the post a comment link by contact seller and it sid the samething. when i contacted the seller it went through fine. i dont know if im doing something wrong because it should be just like what im doing right know. right?
