  1. I have the mirror bracket, still looking for the regulator! Ready to buy NOW
  2. I am looking for a Driver's side window regulator for a 260z. From my understanding the window regulator must be from a 74-76 model year. None of the other years will work. I am also in need of the front window guide (metal braket that mounts to the door) from the same vehicle/year. I also need the complete rear view mirror bracket for between the two sunvisors. If anyone has these parts available, I am ready to purchase them ASAP. Nick
  3. I'm looking for a set of good, rust free fenders in the Raleigh, NC area. I am willing to travel some to ge them. I need a DS and PS. I also need a D/S window regulator and P/S Exterior door handle. I also need the small tab and bolt used the hold the speedo cable in the 4 spee transmission. Please let me know what you have available.
  4. So I tracked my problem back to my fuel sending unit, and they are not available new anymore. I'd like to get one in nice shape for a decent price. I saw one on ebay for a crazy high price, and it had clearly been painted silver on the electronic parts to cover rust. I do need this fairly soon, as I am flying blind on the fuel level. Please PM or email me ASAP.
  5. There are actually some nice quality marker lights and lenses on ebay for around $30 a pair. They come from Taiwan, but I was impressed with their quality when they arrived.
  6. I'm still looking for all the items above. Looking to get this finished up.
  7. I am in need of a few small items to finish up my project. All items are for a 1977 280z. Driver and passenger side kick panels (cover computer and fuse box) Drivers side trim panel that fits under dash and around the hood release Wiper Module? The wiring diagram shows the wiper wiring running through this box under the passenger side of the dash. Dead pedal Latch for glove box door (I need the metal bracket that bolts to the underside of the dash that the door catches on) Please let me know via PM if you have any or all of these parts available.
  8. I bought the front bumper and fender flares from this guy. Both were good quality. My bumper also had some bubble wrap indentation when it arrived. It didn't look like it was gonna fit, but when tightened up, it had enough flex to fit snug to the body. The flares fit nicely against the body lines, and even without any welting, I got a snug, flush fit. I bought these flares back in February, and he didn't send enough snap caps for the screws. I emailed him about a week ago to see if I could get some more. He was awesome, and promptly sent out more snap caps than I needed, so I would have extras. I was very impressed with the fiberglass work, and the customer service.
  9. I need a set of carburetors and manifold as soon as possible. Don't car if they need rebuilt, as long as they are rebuildable. I will need the manifold as well, including the balance tube, and linkages. PM me or email for an immediate response. Have cash for a reasonably priced set. Nick
  10. So I picked up this 1977 280z in February of this year. I bought it for 1000, from a complete idiot who told me it came with a bunch of parts, and that it just needed a fuel pump. Well it turned out to be a whole lot more than a fuel pump, and was missing some very hard to find pieces, which I am sure he kept and sold to someone else. I later found a thread on a forum that he had posted, asking for help with the wiring nightmare that the car was, and saying he couldn't get it to run at all. Anyway, on to the pictures. Here's the car the day I got it. Here's the only rust I could find on the car: I started on the interior first, since it was too cold do much else. Now I came to find out that the engine had no compression on the #2 cylinder, so I pulled it out, and swapped in another motor from a running z. I put a new clutch and flywheel, aluminum radiator and e fan, new timing kit, water pump, distributor cap and rotor, new injectors, AFM, header, and cleaned up the intake manifold. Here's how it sits now. Now I just finished up the body work and paint this past weekend. It turned out pretty well, but I got a few tiny bubbles on the roof for some reason. I added the rear spoiler, fender flares, and a few other dress up items. I'm working on getting it running now, and finishing up the interior now that the paint is done. I put in some Autopal H4 headlights, got a reproduction center console and dash cap, and a nice retrosound stereo. I'll post more updates as I get more work done! Nick
  11. Seems like I gave them quite a bit of business, and got quite a few members a good deal. Mine came long ago, and it looks and fits great.
  12. I've got a 74 260 Z. Was running when I started resto. Even have a SBF 289 if you're interested. Asking $1,800. Kansas City area. Send e-mail if interested for pics. Good luck. Mike

  13. The box mine came in from Xenon was about 18"x18"x60". It was a huge box, but the airdam was not rolled up, There was definitely some extra room in the box though.
  14. So I was doing some searching for the best deal on a front airdam for my 280z. I came across this website: http://www.performanceparts4less.com/gdcicat.html?partid=4774446 The airdam is listed for $161.99, but use the coupon code (LOVE10) in the banner and get 10% off. They also have free shipping on anything over $99! I ended up with my air dam for $148 shipped, which I think is great for a new air dam! It will be here wednesday, so I will make sure everything looks good.
