Truthfully, I'm not sure where the name of this class came from. I obtained that info from a friend who is also building his Z for road racing. To my understanding, it must have meant GT-3... Basically a class above Production - which is assuming I'm eligible for such a class. I am assuming most track day events I'd like to participate in will be Production class.
If a cell without bladder is acceptable for Production class, I may go that route. I have been trying to read through the entire 300+ page SCCA rule book, but haven't gotten close to completion.
I was hoping you would reply to this John, as you seem to be the local expert on road racing, and it's something I've always wanted to get into.
It should be around 400 - 425 whp
