Rear mount is original rubbered one, the whole member has polybushings allaround.

Someone please advice. I have now tested my rebuilt R200 with all new bearings and used pinion/ring-gears. It kept wining before rebuilt and now wining is still there. When I cruise around 60 mph or more wininig is loud, if I accelerate or declerate it goes silent. Gear contact pattern is quite spot on, backlash is 0.13mm and preload is around 2 nm. So everything is in specs...... Do I try bit more backlash or less. I dont want to pull pinion bearing out to readjust pinion hight as most cases it wont come out in one peace. Thanks in advance

Hello everyone. I bought used R200 lsd unit and after opened it, discovered that other side was missing all disks and springs. Well as you might quess, these parts are pita to get, especially for a guy living near north pole... Hope some day I found parts to put this together. Be wiser, never buy parts without pictures of all parts icluded..... So incase some one needs to get friction plates made, I desided to share this cad drawing I made to everyone. I can get away without friction plates by shimming but those spring disks are essential as I am aware of. Anyone having those for sale ?

I run to dead end trying to find parts for overhauling R200 lsd. Doesn´t make it any easier living in finland. Hope some of you guys can help or point the way to those parts listed below. -2 pcs 38436-N3210 spring disk 1.75mm -2 pcs 38432-N9000 friction plate How it will work if I chim it together without those parts ? There will be then atleast only half of spring pressure to disks ? Any help appreciated, now having most expensive 80 lbs pile of.... without those parts. Regards Silli

I need following parts to rebuilt my lsd unit. -2 pcs 38436-N3210 spring disk 1.75mm -2 pcs 38432-N3210 friction plate 1.70mm They needs to be shipped to Finland but as they travel fine in bubble envelope or small carton, there will be no hassle in packing& sending those.
