    if the scratches are to deep to sand out a thin layer of body filler will fix it. just use regular auto paint.

    well i tried it today and surprise surprise. It sounded just like the cherry bomb that was on there. Im considering making a few of these and if they look good i might run 2 of them at the back. as soon as i can afford some gas for my welder....

    well i cant put it on now, my dad thinks the back pressure will blow the engine...... I tried to tell him it is just a glass pack. But i got bitched out for thinking i know more than him about mechanics.OK so what is the worst that could happen.

    It is the quiet exhaust off of a 2004 husqvarna tc450 dirtbike. Since i have the loud exhaust on my bike, I plan on putting this on my 280zx tommorrow just to see how it sounds. Has anyone else tried this?

    are you guys really using rolled steel tubing? . On xtreme 4x4 they said rolled steel is only good for cargo racks and such. They said chromoly is best for frame work. idk though if it works it works i guess

    ya its really easy with a sharp chisel and a hammer. WHat did you use to fill your holes?

    I will be putting mazda mx6 seats in my 280zx soon. Is 150$ a good deal for both fronts in good condition? I picked the seats and now just have to wait for the junk yard to pull them out and inventory stuff.

    ya on http://www.airbrush.com hes on the forums and will help you with true fire. ill just do the same process about 5 more times when i get my new paint and post the results.

    ya i totally agree with you, the top looks to sharp (i only had one french curve for a template) i ordered about 8 more french curves which should help it flow better.

    i did this with cheapo walmart 47cent per bottle paint. This is my first try and was wondering if you guys had any tips. i ordered some better paint. It should look better next time i do it with candy orange. Im practicing to paint my 280zx, my dads 300zx and whoever else asks (and has money)

    it looks alot like house of kolors navy(i think)or cobalt blue.

    alright what seats do you recommend for less than 300$. ill probably go to a salvage yard and pick up some good looking seats from one of the cars listed in the sticky if racing seats wont work.

    Hi, I was wondering if anyone has experience with jdm racing seats? I am considering them for my 280zx and was wondering if they will be atleast almost as comfortable as stock?

    OK so my 82 280zx had gas that was a few years old. I pumped out all of the old crap gas and now i was wondering if i needed to clean it further or not?

    When i paint my zx it will probably be with the rustoleum gloss black, then i will do some true fire on top of that but one question. Is there a clear coat i can roll on?or should i just rattle can clear it or invest in a gun?

    or could i get the stock l28 up to respectable numbers (250hp) for around 1000?
