I have a 78 280z with heat and air and was wondering if there was a way I can test my vacuum operated water valve for leaks and to see if the valve is functioning as it should. If my vacuum water valve is good then could my vacuum source be my problem? I was also wondering where the vacuum for this water valve comes from. I didn't find the answer I was looking for using the search. All help is appreciated, thanks.

I'd probably like to go with having mine stamped if there is a shop around me that does that kind of thing. I'm always looking to save a buck, I'm a poor college student. What kind of shop does louvering like this? sorry if this is a dumb question.

Ok I got the pic of the hood vents up now sorry bout that,...newbie. Any Idea were and how I can get this done? How much it might cost?

I'm a new member and am thrilled to say I just purchased my first Z car today, a 78 280z. This is my first Z but I have spent countless hours cramming as much Z knowledge as I can into my brain from this site and from the many Z shows I have been to. I've definately got the Z fever! First, I plan to repaint my entire car in Mazda winning blue and do a few body bods while I'm at it. OK, my question, I saw these custom hood vents that I thought looked really cool and I was wondering were and how I can get them. I was also wondering how much it might cost.
