  1. Great write up and plenty of good info. Down this route as well, however with BMW 6-speed, which are plentiful here in Europe
  2. Excellent news and your project has been a great inspiration to mine. I'm having 260Z with K24, BMW originated 6-speed manual, 370Z rear diff, bigger brakes, etc. It's a budget build, but hopefully reaching similar power levels and a fun car to drive. Currently building my own intake and exhaust manifolds.... and learning to weld aluminium in the process
  3. What a great project and excellent work with the car!! I've been dreaming of 240Z for long time and S50B32 would also be my choice of an engine. Straight six keeping the "style" of the car but lots of power with great drivebility. It's great to know that it can if I ever have chance to do mine. Would keeping the whole BMW rear be too complicated? I read somewhere that the BMW is only 3" (7 cm) wider than 240. Couldn't that difference be compensated with wheels? I can't wait to see how nice this car will be and how in performs!! ps. sorry for jumping in late, I only found the thread today
