  1. well i dont really want to go with wider fenders so im probably just going to have to do a five lug conversion and find some other wheels.

  3. ive searched and cant find anything on cobra wheels. i want to put on a set of cobra wheels that are 17x9 with a +18 offset and 4x4.25 bolt pattern. will these fit on a 79 280zx?
  4. does the megasquirt get rid of the maf and go to a iat/map sensor setup?

  12. does anyone have a z31 ecu, maf, cas disc? i found the set on ebay for $90 but sadly by the time i signed in to buy, some one had already bought it. anybody wanna sell some stuff?
  13. its 70mm to the best of my knowledge. i have a wiring diagram but its on my buddys comp. ill get that to you and see if that helps you with wiring it in.
  14. no offense to you....but i will never drive an auto. they may be quicker off the line but they will never be as much fun on the road.
  15. my l28 is boosted. ive decided to try to get it going a lil faster with it.
  16. i know that it didnt come from the factory like that, but thats what was in it when we bought the car. do you know what all is involved in putting an lsd r200 in?
  17. my car is a 79. it used to have a carb'd l28 and 4 speed. then my brother and i swapped out that setup and put in the turbo motor and i believe the turbo trans.(i was i think 14 years old. i dont remember.) we had a a turbo diff for it but its gone now. i think my dad junked it while i was in new orleans. if it is an r200 it should have a finned cover right?
  18. I think im gonna try the jwt 450hp ecu. along with a few other upgrades like a new fmic and bov. and an r200. if its still not what i want ill just put in a sbc or something.
  19. im thinking about doing the z31 maf and ecu and see if that helps too. what size injectors do you think i should use?

  21. i really wouldnt put it in for torque..that would just be because it would be awesome. and not to mention pretty unique.
  22. my car is turbo. l28et. no question about it. it really is not that fast. it is quick...but i want something more than that. im really thinkin about just keeping the motors thats in it though. im really looking for like 400-500 hp. i want something that is going to keep up with my fc.
  23. what i would really like to do (im just too scared to actually do it) is put a turbo wankel in my zx. ive really never heard of it.
  24. im used to working on and driving high horse/ high torque cars. the 1jz is proven time and time again (just like the 2jz) to produce mass amounts of power with very little effort. there is nothing wrong with my l28. i just want something that i know just a little more about. about the 2 options, ive seen rb25 swapped zs. they are absolutely amazing. ive seen very few 1jz swapped zs. they are equally as amazing if not more. ive always thought about what other motor i could swap into it. now that i have moved back from new orleans, i have the opportunity to do so. thats pretty much it.
  25. also does anyone know if the s30 dash will fit in an s130? i hate the gauges in my car. i love the s30 gauges.
