the hardest part of all this heater setup was using a 1998 ford bronco 3 speed variable fan resistor. took me a couple days playing with it to figure the wiring out. after i got it working I have slow, med, fast fan speeds. well worth it.
kia sportage rubber from the hatch fits perfect on these. i pulled mine off a 1999 i believe. and I also stripped the rear towers and wrinkle blacked them.
making my own door panels. because 300-400$ is way too much for some cardboard. I used fiberglass so i wont have to worry about them deteriorating over time.
if your going to be running the alternator without a charge warning light youll need this simple resistor found at radioshack. I blew 4 alternators before I realized this. Save yourself the trouble
a creative imagination goes a long way. Made my own rear spoiler fully adjustable and functional.. All parts bought from a home improvement store and my local plastic dealer. Norva plastics.
Fuel cell in all fuel plumbing done, reverse switch installed and working. Shortly after I took it to get it inspected. It passed with flying colors. I cant seem to find a way to post a running pic of her. ill figure it out though.
