Has anyone removed their stock brake booster and made a adapter plate to run the master cylinder with no booster? I do not like the pedal travel that I have with the booster working.
I just restored 4 14 X 7 Western Ultralite wheels for my 71 240. The suspension is completely stock with stock ride height. The wheels are what I call square with equal 4" front and rear spacing. I would like to use 215 60R 14 tires and was wondering if I have enough clearance without changing my fender well lips? From what I have read the 4" back spacing should clear the struts.
Check with you local race prep shops either drag or road race. I used to buy replacement foam until I bought some new fell cells and they used blue (alcohol) foam as packing. I recommend alcohol foam as it last considerably longer before degrading.
