ive got prett much the same problem but i need to change my rear main seal... ijst wanted to know if its as easy as haging the front.. i know i have to pull the tranny out and the fly wheel.. so is it the same process?

thats the MSA body kit with a 280ZXR tail... the body kit goes for a lil over $500 and the rims im geting rid of cuz i got a set of some tenzo 17" rims i havent put on yet..

i agree with Mudge... im doing the same thing to my Z.. i just bought a 83 280ZX turbo but im planning on rebuilding the turbo engine before i swap it out... i guess it would also depend on the condition of your turbo engine.. if theres nothing wrong with the turbo engine then id just swap engines instead of doing it half assed and swapping the head...

ummm im speachless... i think the dude went a lil overboard on the body... and whats up with that huge center arm rest???

that kit is just horrible.. lol... your prolly better off getting the MSA body kit and modify it... that airdam just doenst look right...

at the moment i have a 81 non turbo... im planning on dropping a turbo engine from a 83 280zx... i just want to know what im looking forwards to when i swap engines... and how hard its going to be when i swap the ECU

just wondering if its worth even to use the origional 280ZXT ECU in my 81 280ZX non Turbo.. i just bought a 83 280ZX turbo and planning on doing an engine swap... just wanted to know if theres anyone out there that swapped the wiring harness from a turbo to a non turbo 280ZX...

well what i intend on doing is rebuilding the motor and try to get it to at least 300HP.. ive already figured im willing to spend at least $2500 to get the job done... ill most likely have someone rebuild the engine and ill do most of the install myself... ive got everything i need for the swap just time and money and more info on what i need to do and how to do it... i jsut want to get as much info before i go ahead with this project... the engine i have now is fairly brand new.. i prolly have less then 10,000 miles on the engine i have in my car now and i dont want to just drop a worn our turbo engine in to replace the engine i have now... so any advice on what i need to do and how to do it is much welcome....
