I see them going for 800-1000 usually

If they are junk, and fail, you will end up with an expensive boat anchor, that is why . The only reason to run non stock rods is if you are running the engine at high RPMs for long periods of time (over 7k). The Nissan OEM ones are good most most all applications except extreme road race or turbo applications. The best rods are Carrillo, but for $300 each, they should be. This is what we run in in the L28 road race engine.
Yes this will be a turbo motor and I don't think I will ever rev to 7k really. Thanks!

Reckon at Pauter's price point you are probably just as well to go with Carillo, no?
I have read mixed reports on CX Racing's rods, but as they are made in China and low budget, there could potentially be some issues with the quality of the metal they use.
Turbo260Z, any particular reason you are looking at aftermarket H-beam rods? The stock rods are forged, and with the right prep-work are good for all but the more extreme of builds - or so I have read on here countless times anyway. Pretty much all of the info you will need for prepping rods can be found in Honsowetz's book on modifying these engines.
I too have read about getting 500-600hp out of these rods but for $400 H beam rods why not? Especially since I'm building this motor pretty durable I didn't want the week points to be the rods.

I've seen a lot of H beam rods on eBay. Not sure if they are quality. Also have seen CX racing has a set.
Has anybody had experience with these rods? Or know where I can buy a set of 4340 rods with confidence? Thanks!

Looking for a Turbo l28 flywheel. Interested in something lightened and balanced but can be stock. Doesn't have to be crazy light. Can be used or new. Will need it shipped to area code 32812. Paypal ready. Let me know what you have!
Thank you

Starting off saying I have looked up and down for a good clutch, and I have found several discussions on good clutches for setups around 250-300ft/lbs tq. I am hopefully going to be pushing for a max of 400whp and over 400ft/lbs tq on my l28ET build and I cannot find a clutch that specifacally states it's specs.
Can someone please point me in the correct direction for a strong enough clutch for my set up. Preferably someone who has had experience with a specific clutch at that power level? I will be using a 240mm flywheel.
Also what are your views on a lightened flywheel? What weight is best in your opinion?

Need something that I can use with a pallnet fuel rail and will pretty much fit directly into the intake as well as bolt on with the stock injector plastic pieces with the 2 screws. Will buy used if anyone has any or new if anyone knows a good injector. Would love for someone to tell me which injectors I should buy. Thanks!

Anyone have a set of mounts for a 2j swap?? Just need the engine mounts as I am mating a z32 TT tranny to the 2j block
-
Thanks! I think I blew the rings in my 6th cylinder. Thinking of a 2j now

I don't think you'll have much luck with retaining that factory 4 bolt downpipe. I haven't seen any that have that.
Anything that is along those lines without the downpipe? Was thinking of a 3ich v band
What is the dead time for this injector????
