Hi all, first post here tho i have been lurking for abit, Awesome site!. lookin for something new to wrap my brain around while im at work and thought that the awd with the rb's would be fun. no, im not an engineer but i am a competent mechanic with fabrication experience who likes to daydream about interesting stuff. I have seen the pics from the japenese mag and have seen a few members mention that there were a coupla threads with the awd subject on this site but i havent been able to find em, if someone could give me a good search field/forum it would helpful since you cant search phrases and you can only search individual boards. or a link to another site. but anyway..
one other thing that i was wondering about is runing the awd setup with just rwd..? ie buy the motor/tranny with awd since it is getting to be a common ebay find and doin a stage one, get it in and runin.. stage two, get awd nutty. Sport compact car magazine july '03 mentioned those 2f2f idiots doin something along these lines so they could do more spectacular burnouts/drifts ~ugh morons! sorry.. anyway.. that might be a possiblity to someone who has awd dreams instead of goin with a seperate tranny setup?
