  1. I'm still looking if anyone has these available.
  2. I am looking for the throttle linkage between the firewall and balance tube for '70-72 SU's. My car is a '73 and came with dual Webers which I swapped out for SU's. I also need a rear water bypass tube below if anyone has one.
  3. We used one engine hoist to get it on the rotisserie, but it was difficult to find the balance point. We ended up using two engine hoists to get it off.
  4. Here is a before picture of mine. Here is a picture of them in the middle of the rebuild.
  5. I've been looking to do the same thing on my 73. The issue I am having is I can't find a fitting to work on the 1/4" return fuel line. My 73 had three lines as well. The fuel supply is a 5/16" on the passenger side and the fuel return is 1/4" on the passenger side. The 1/4" line on the driver side is a vapor return line.
  6. I used a heat gun to warm mine up before I pulled it through. I don't know if it helped, but it came out in one piece.
  7. Prices were higher than on the website, but not too much more. The pieces seemed to fit pretty well based on my amateur experience. Here is a picture of what I started with. Here is the only photo I currently have showing the repaired quarter panel and wheel well. You can also see where we welded in a panel to fill in the indent from the bumper. We still need to finish the body work.
  8. I got my rocker and quarter panel at Tabco. http://www.tabcobodyparts.com/html/table_of_contents.htm I would recommend calling them directly. When I ordered my parts last summer the prices on the website weren't correct.
  9. Personally for $250 dollars plus towing I would have it done. That's cheaper than most prices I have seen. Also have you checked into any mobile soda blasters in your area? The time and money I spent blasting this summer I wish I had it done professionally.
  10. I used the pellet type. We worked on in about 18" by 18" sections. We let the dry ice sit for about five minutes then hit it with a hammer.
  11. I was able to get mine off using a puller as well. I tried soaking them in Kroil and using a hammer and they wouldn't budge.
  12. I used the dry ice method I read on here. I worked in small sections letting the dry ice sit for about 5 minutes. Most of it came off just tapping it with a hammer.
