My car has been sitting for a while and I recently did an oil change and put new gas. I also put new fuel injectors & filter. It running good now but there is white smoke coming from the exhaust. I checked everything and can't find anything wrong. Any ideas what it might be? I didn't find anything when I searched

Sorry I wasn't clear, didn't really know how to explain it. When I put the car in drive or reverse it barely moves. When I press the gas it doesn't really go -
I have an 83 280zx and its been sitting for a couple years and I just replaced the injectors and now there's no power. I can't figure out what's wrong with it. Also when I shut the car off everything inside stays on and the fuel pump goes on and off. Anybody know what's wrong with it?
