  1. hi all... i just bought a 260z 2+2. i am planning to swap a VH or VK45DE into it. mainly for street use and drifting. in addition, plan to bolt on a wide body kit with the rear 3" extra and front 1.5" extra. but i don't know what is the factory spec of it that i can study to put in extra. what rim size and rim do you think is the best suit and as your ideal one? thanks:burnout:

  3. thanks for your advise man..!! i prefer the vh or vk450 v8 more due it is from the same blood. i have been tired playing turbo with my gtr32 last time. i used to have it for drag and i got runner up. its nice with rb26 but i wish to play something different. drag racing cost me too much. therefore i am looking something easy and low maintenance ,responsive engine and better torque to drift. many of my friend advice not to install the v8 engines because the after market mod parts are too limited in Malaysia. but however, i still keen to make the first 450Z in malaysia..hahaha since you guys are so pro now..i can get you guys to help me for advice right???!!
  4. there are so many JDM V8 are swaped or swaping into a S30 now . many of the new comer like me are considering which is the most easier and suitable to choose for. therefore, i hope all of you can share your opinion here so that people who interested can get their info needed to make a right choice according to their needs. especially for those who already build thiers which is running well now on the road. thanks...
  5. dear all, i have a 260z just bought. the car is not rusted but most of the emblem are gone, tail light is not right, dash board is cracked. i am looking for all these parts for my restoration. do any one else got these parts that can sell to me? or where can i find it for cheap. comes to the main story... i had read through many thread from this forum and others, i am not sure which engine is most easier to fit in the s30. vh45,vk45,rb26,rb25,1uzfe or 1 uzfe ? of cause i will also consider the cost of my project too. i prefer most a v8 n/a or i can bolt on turbo too at later time when i got more budget. as i know, v8 of vk45 can produce around 300hp and toque. its lighter and more response. i wish to build a responsive drift car with low maintainance compare to turbo. i know you guys are going on with your own project now. i hope you guys can give me some precious opinion for this. thanks a lot.
  6. DoctorMuffn, r you going to work on your 240z with the 1 UZ FE? have you started? I have a 260Z and i am planning to put in the 1UZ FE too.do you think it will fit easily in 260Z too? i am considering to put in the RB26 also if 1UZ FE is too difficult to do. FYI, i am not really good on mechanical. dear all, please share your precious experience to me and I am very very much appreciated. thanks:-o
