Hey folks, my 280z needs carpet, and I hear a lot of bad reviews from places that sell them. I'm looking to see if there is anyone in here that has a nice fitting set they're looking to sell. If you have one please let me know! Thanks!

Hi nismosilvia, MSA's current setup says I need to use the maxima calipers. I already have the 82-83 280zx calipers and rotors so I'm trying to find something that will allow me to use just that so I don't have to buy more. Thanks for the heads up though

Hey Folks,
I'm looking to purchase the bracket that will allow me to use 280zx calipers and rotors on my 280z. It doesn't matter to me if the bracket is OEM or an aftermarket piece as long as it fits and does the job well. If you know someone who is producing the brackets, please let me know. I've been searching and can't seem to find anyone producing them. If you have them, please pm me with an asking price. I'm a very serious buyer with cash in hand and can paypal immediately.

I miss driving my car. I'm looking for a L28 long block. Must have N42 head. Preferred local but i can drive reasonable distance to pick it up if I must. Last but not least, it must have good compression and reasonable price.

Very helpful. It confirms a few things. 1) the bumpers are the same as the 240Z. 2) I can use a LHD steering column and it should work. 3) it was FI OEM. 4) the rear tail lights are the same as USA.
I have this odd 2.0L six cylinder motor that came with the car. No ... it's not the 432 motor. It has a E30 head (not a E31). Not sure if the motor for OEM for 1975.
I am interested in the steering column. Please PM me a price. I am not interested in the flat top carbs, but thank you for suggesting them.
All S30 and S31 Fairlady in Japan came standard with 2.0L I6. Anything higher 2.0L was optional to the buyer at the time.

This could be a long shot but who knows. My car only came with Left side fender mirror. Now I'm looking for the right side so I can have a complete set. Doesn't matter if it SS or black, it will be restore to black. Please help me out.

Welcome to the forum. There's a lot of members in the Bay Area.
Whatever you pull off, make sure you put it back in the exact spot since the car will need to pass smog check.

Yeah they are a little harder to find. I will search for that. Thanks for the heads up. I currently have a pair that I borrowed from a friend. I'm looking to have them reproduced by a local machine shop.
