  1. I had one that was siezed as well, I welded the nut on to the cartridge as described above, and used an impact wrench, then tapped it out with a slide hammer, thanks again for the great post
  2. got rear-ended by a drunk driver at a stop light on wednesday night, the police report said he was going at least 40 mph at the time of impact, the car looks like a s30 now, haha
  3. I know this is an old thread, but the non-interference motor on a quest has slotted piston faces, so even if the piston all the way up and the valves are all the way down, they never make contact I guess its a safety mechanism for all the soccer moms who are to busy to have their timing belt replaced
  4. Hi all, checking in 82 N/A sr20 throttle body swap, and constantly uncovering and fixing problems just to make it run No pictures yet...
  5. do you have pressure @ the slave? you may need a longer push rod
  6. I agree with Daeron, you probably need to rule out any kind of restriction in the radiator first by checking for temperature differences between the top and bottom, then check the fan clutch. What i do sometimes is roll a couple sheets of newspaper up into a cylinder and lightly touch the fan blade while the car is running, if it chews up the paper the fan clutch is probably ok, if the paper stops the fan, replace it
