... Fuel comes from the dead bottom right of the FACTORY tank. I mounted a -8AN 3/8" 90 degree fitting in the bottom of the tank where the drain plug is...
It sounds like you may have found the source of the issue but I noticed the line above. You don't state whether the fitting is a tube or cross drilled but I vaguely remember reading a tech article by Aeromotive stating that cross drilled fittings are restrictive and can cause pump cavitation. Could be another thing to look at.

Would be great if someone made a Z "medallion" to stick onto them. It would be nice have some on my Shakotans, in the mean time I slapped some black paint on the hub and grease cap.
MSA does make a stick on emblem. Not sure if the sizing is right so you'd have to measure.

KTM-EXC - Is that just a BRE spoiler for the 240Z installed on a 280ZX or is it modified somehow?

where can i get some of that firesleeve? deff need some of that stuff as my fuel lines from my fuel rail hit some parts of the body/other engine parts.

I have a Bosch fuel pump that was put on my car but I don't know any of the specs on it. I tried looking up the part number but all I got was a vague reference to it puting out 290LPH and being from a Volvo 240. Bosch's website didn't seem to have any info either. I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find the specs?

Wonder why ATP advised against the G30-770? I'm no expert, but I did a deep dive into the maps and they looked pretty good for a healthy L28ET.
