ovenfood
hows your exhaust? standard? how about a straight 2 3/4" pipe :> could put an RB20DET in it for that :>
aplyedmind
Exhaust, intake, Megasquirt or jim wolf, infinity m30 ems or 300zx ems , intercooler , boost controller , turbo timer, Injectors . I'm sure u can get the intake, exhaust, ebay intercooler, boost controller ,injectors, and megasquirt for 1500 Read this sticky also http://forums.hybridz.org/index.php/topic/19918-the-ultimate-turbo-faqbeginners-guide/ Edited June 12, 2011 by aplyedmind
wolfman_dlc
Thanks for the info. The exhaust is 2 3/4 from down pipe to turbo muffler. Im too comfortable with the l28(unless I blow it up) to change right now. So for $1500 I could get intercooler, ems, injectors, boostcontroller. Anything else vitally needed to hook all those up? I have a knack for forgetting the obvious. "Read this sticky also http://forums.hybrid...eginners-guide/" I have read this information several times elsewhere as well as here, would seem to answer most of my questions but need some reasurring as well as specifics for my application and $ limits. tec280zx
ebay intercooler, some piping and good connectors/clamps. Then work on a custom downpipe. I would say 3 in exhuast all the way back but your current one is okay for know. What boost are you running right now?

tec280zx
You can bump it up to 10psi safely, just need to buy a threaded plug to replace the stock relief valve. That with a better downpipe will make it a new beast.

ArchetypeDatsun
You can take off the relief valve off like I did and go to Lows or any household store and match up the thread size, there should be some parts there you can try out before you buy it.
