I need to know how tall the motor is from the Pan to the top of the Upper Intake, and how wide it is from side to side, then front of crank pully to back of block! Understand my motor is in the long block stage now so my measurements are not as complete as you asked for, but here it goes. bottom of oil pan to upper lip of valve cover is 19". Widest part of cylinder heads Is (with out valve covers) 18". The oil pan is 22" long (think of that as the length of the block plus the timing cover). My motor has the 6qt pan but I don't think it is any deeper, it's that the sump is longer. Hope this helps. DP Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
