that car was Lidio's 93 mustang coupe. It was the first car with a '03 cobra motor in it since the cobras havent even reached the showrooms at the time. It was "basically" stock. K&N cone filter, Downs fuel rails, stock headers, hi flow h-pipe, turbo style mufflers (unsure of the brand), 3.73 rear gears. But the boost was just at 7lbs. The car had a proper suspension so it got those awsome times. The fox chassis coupes were the lightest of the group...Ive driven a a '01 vette and a '03 cobra hardtop as well. Both handle very well but go drive a Kenny Brown equiped '03 like my friends. I woulndt drive a vette after that. Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords did a article on the '03s when they came out. 10lb pulley, long tube headers, hi flow h-pipe, mac flowpath headers, and a diablo sport chip it it dyno'd 429 rwhp, 449lbs of torque. not bad.

Years ago Ford promised an NA engine though' date=' and they didn't deliver. Any monkey can slap a blower on a car and make power, dissapointing.

Is the video clip dead, or just for awhile?[/quote']

When you go high power normally aspirated, you loose driveability, clearly you know this. An LS1 is an amazing NA motor, however its 10.2:1 compression!! 93 only!

bah, forced induction allows cars to maintain streetability, lower compression, and all the good stuff and still make massive amounts of horsepower.

If you still think NA is better, you show me any NA motor on the planet that can gain 250hp from a 80 dollar pulley.

Not to burst your bubble, but there is absolutely no way that you will gain 250HP from a pulley. I hope you're talking about going from an NA Cobra motor to a fully setup blown Cobra motor with a pulley. It depends on the boost level and what else has been done to the car, but a pulley on the Eaton blower can give you 20 to 50HP maybe. It all depends though. If you want 250HP, then you'll need a Kenne Bell Blowzilla supercharger running at 21PSI (which it can do on pump gas  ).

We are having a custom tune done on the 13th of Feb., so we can see how much power we can get out of the motor with just bolt ons. No pulley or anything. (Since the dyno we have added a Magnaflow exhaust).

We made 394 without the exhaust that we put on. No voided warranty here. The best part about the Cobra is how easy it is to make power. Hopefully, we'll have the dyno charts for around 500HP. That's with all bolt-ons with the exception of a ported Eaton blower (its the same blower as stock, except its ported)
