Swervey McZCar
Looking to buy a set of stock flattop pistons. They can come with L28 rods if that makes things easier on the seller. Is $75 fair? If not contact me with your asking price. No junk please. Thanks, -Stan

Randall
I just pulled the stock flat tops out of my f54 block and put in overbore turbo pistons should get them back from the shop before the end of the week. Rings probably have about 5-10,000 miles on them if that.
Swervey McZCar
Thanks! I look forward to the pics. How do the piston skirts look? Randall, were the flattops used with a turbo or strickly NA? -Stan
NorwegianZED
i don't want to hijack jour thread, stan, but i'd like to check out shipping on the set you don't buy of the two above
Randall
The pistons where out of a motor with 120,000 miles then I rebuilt it and put triple webers on it... Then put a few miles on them and now I've decided to go turbo so no need for them. I will ask my machinest his opinion on their condition when I pick up my block
Swervey McZCar
Thanks Randall. I am definitely interested. Still interested in yours too kaito. Especially the 86.5's if you have them....
Randall
Well my machinist was really busy when I picked up my motor so I decided not to bother him just took a bunch of pictures instead...
Swervey McZCar
Randall, It looks like those pistons are not all the same part. Some skirts are longer than others. That would make it very hard to balance. I appreciate it but I will have to decline. I'm going to re-post this ad in the correct forum. Thanks, -Stan
Randall
That's the camera angle cause they are all stock p79 pistons from nissan ill measure when i get home but when i reinstalled them after the rebuild there was not a specific order i reinstalled them in and there was absolutely no vibrations what-so-ever Edited November 20, 2012 by Randall

Thanks, -Stan Just measured all 6 exactly 3 and 1/16 of an inch long...was curious why you would think a stock P79 nissan flat-top would have different lengths but picture angles can be deceiving. Swervey McZCar
Must be something with the image then. I'll take 'em. I am still looking for a set of 86.5's and L24 9mm rods. PM your paypal info. I'll pay shipping of course. Edited November 20, 2012 by Swervey McZCar
Randall
PM sent. Yeah it is crazy how deceiving that image is didn't realize it when i posted them. Should have taken them sitting flat but the lighting would not have been as good wanted you to be able to see the condition of the skirts and ring lands.
