dpuma8
I am planning on rebuilding my l28et myself but there aren't any standard bore pistons. Is it okay to reuse older pistons and change the rings? Is there a way to know if a piston is good or not? Since all the pistons are larger than standard bore, is everyone just boring their block out?
skirkland1980
I was able to get stock replacement pistons but that was two years ago. They are made by ITM part number RY6140. I got a good deal from Northern Auto Parts online.
