NewZed Posted April 4, 2013 Share Posted April 4, 2013 Were they sparks flying at any time while you were working on it? Maybe you blew a fuse or burned a fusible link. You said the EFI relay works, how do you know? Have you checked for power to the ECU at the connector? Get a multimeter and check the basics. Power to the ECU, power to the injectors, power to the fuel pump while Starting (on the 280Z's you can disconnect the starter solenoid wire to test the fuel pump, I don't know how the ZXT system works). calvin280zxt Posted April 4, 2013 Author Share Posted April 4, 2013 (edited) I have 12v at the injectors and at ecu on the green power wire. I was going to check more pins but my multi meter wouldnt fit into the holes and i didn have time. I unplugged the efi relay with the key on and it clicked. All i did was take the dist.
