Chris Duncan
Where is the "air regulator" on the car, what does it look like, and is that the factory name for it? I have access to a skyline clip that's still together. Edited April 17, 2013 by Chris Duncan
EZpickenZ
From what i can tell the colors are B/Y and B. The B is a ground and the B/Y goes through plug Q and into the main harness and then to the Fuel Pump control modulator and fuel pump relay. I will have to look at my paperwork to know exactly. I attached a PP showing the route in the FSM. I believe that it is on the underside of the Intake manifold. The wiring is attached to the knock sensors and AAC valve harness. If anyone knows different please let me know, but I'm pretty sure it's there. Sry ZT-R I had to jack a pic. One of the 2 parts attached to the manifold should be it, but I'm not sure which yet. I still have to check it on the engine. Air reg diag.ppt
Wedge
Ok then I guess by giving power to AAC and fuel pump relay it should have power i think ill try to put a small voltage thru it then probe the regulator for a reading. Thank you. Guys.
ZT-R
You can hook it to 12v+ and i think the ecu controls the ground.

ZT-R
Yea thats how mine is, i think its on the ACC power and not switched, not sure if it really matters, not sure how fast the motor works, but the ground is by the computer...
