Domzs
Those codes won't give you any driveability problems . A tuner should be able to delete them . p0704 and p0803 will not turn on " CEL " but p0480 and p0481 will . Why aren't you using ECM control electric fan(s) ? ECM control for fans according to PO was not sending signals for proper operation, that engine and harness/ECM came from an automatic car . She has an T5/6 spd ,is this an issue to remedy or leave it as it is now Edited July 14, 2013 by PLATA
mattd428
Fans can always be controlled with the computer. Im running a 5.3 harness which is an accessory driven fan and my electric fans are run off the computer. The computer sends out a ground signal not a power Ive seen them wired wrong. mattd428
Just rewire your relays for a ground trigger and connect them to the correct wires on the ECU. Looks like red 33 is for high speed and blue 42 for low speed. If you are running duel fans run one on blue 42 and one on red 33. DomZ can confirm but I think low speed turns on at 180 factory and high speed is 200 factory both can be changed. http://www.lt1swap.com/2001_PCM_CONN_PINOUT.htm

Domzs
It looks like you are running dual fans setup , modified F body fan assembly . I run mod F body fans on my 83 and single fan ( 3 wires , lo and hi ) on my 78 . You will need 3 relays , as fact switches from series to parallel to get hi and lo speed . A good electrical guy should be able to figure out how to wire it up . Temp on and off can be programmed by your tuner . I'm running 175F T-stat , fan(s) on low at 190F and off at 180F and high on at 200F and off at 180F . PM me if you have any problem . I ask again , is it OK to leave the current set up via an external none ECM signal for fans and aftermarket A/C unit. I do like the idea of a clear CEL Edited July 14, 2013 by PLATA
PLATA
Yeah! Glad you are fixed up! Yep, glad this mini episode is over, she is acting and running like an award winner porn star . Next on the agenda if absolute necessary is to do ECM commands fix to radiator fans

I do like the idea of a clear CEL Current setup is OK . But your CEL will stay on . With it being on , you can't tell when it has other problems ( DTCs ) . RebekahsZ
A little piece of black electrical tape on the face of the gauge will fix that check engine light! Haven't hooked mine up. On "the list".
