Guest Anonymous
That's right, I got the 280z running great. It was a combination of stale gas and the air flow meter not being adjusted right. It's running like an 80,000 mile car now. Going tommorow to get it registered and to get new tires. Thanks for the help everyone. David K
how cool is that! i knew it was something with the fuel, but i hate to be wrong about the fuel pump.
Guest Anonymous
Yeah, I thought it was a little weird that the AFM was off by so much so I'm just going to snag a new one from the junkyard. As for the fuel pump, I just think that little strainer is clogged. Will clean that tommorow. Other than that, it's running like a top. Dear god, inline 6s pull really good after 2500 rpm. JKDGabe
Congrats man. I do love it when the boost hits. Did you take the AFM off to clean it? I've been having the same problem and noticed the needle bouncing at idle, wasn't sure if it was cause or effect. Hadn't gotten to it since I don't drive it very often.
