ZachDaaron
Ok, here's the deal, I tore down my engine to clean, upgrade, and perform some preventative maintenance. Now that I am putting it all back together, I am thinking about not installing the power steering or a/c pumps. I am fairly certain there is nothing wrong with doing this but I just want to make sure? I've already searched the forum as well as google to see if anyone else has done this but I turned up nothing on the subject though I'm sure many people have done it. Not having all that bulkiness sure would free up a lot of weight as well as room for a nice custom exhaust header
RB26powered74zcar
If you had a/c in car before rb swap, I'd do my best to keep air using the rb compressor, and dumping the p/s pump. If not, then leave them both off the car. No need carrying around the extra lbs.
ZachDaaron
i bought the car with the engine and all components already removed, so no pumps it is!
