The first one looks like the water pump wouldn't seal right and the second one had an easy out break off in the distributor mounting hole and was then... tortured... Tony D Posted September 29, 2014 Share Posted September 29, 2014 Devcon Aluminum or Ceramic Putty after degreasing and media blasting to give proper surface profile. If you don't want to buy another front cover, Devcon saves all. Check out their site on Centrifugal Water Pump Repair Slurry or simply Aluminum Putty. It's machine workable...
