aongch
Guys, I'm ready to finish off the interior to give it a clean, bright look. One option is all aluminum to cover the floorboards and tunnel, or at least just the tunnel area. Any ideas? Someone suggested Rhino Lining but while giving better insulation it's still in black. This will be a mostly track-driven Z, but still street legal. I have the Z32 5 speed set a little back behind the RB. Got to get this done soon, need your feedbacks. Materials, pics, vendors, local shops in So CA area? Thanks Edited November 12, 2014 by aongch
RebekahsZ
Paint the floors with several coats of good automotive paint.
aongch
Thanks, that's one option! I'm preferring the alum look, covering over the entire floor/tunnel area which will brighten and give contrast to the rest black interior. Looks like custom shaping is the only way to go if no vendors are out there offering.
tommy260z
What did you wind up doing? I'm currently debating my options for this right now...
jhm
I've seen a few guys use diamond plate for their floorboards...certainly would hold up well to wear and tear.
