thedarkie
I have a 302 swap currently running a 650cfm 4bbl carb. Motor is 9:1 compression and has Edelbrock aluminum heads (170cc intake runner volume) with a Comp cam (262/270) The car runs fine, and I'm far from a carb pro.. but I want something more exotic. I was gonna switch to EFI, but now I'm thinking that 1) that's more work and money to overhaul the fuel system and 2) it doesn't suit the character of the car. If you've heard a V8 with quad Webers you'll know what I mean. Who has experience tuning multiple Webers? Is it really as big of a nightmare as its made to seem? I've looked through syncing instructions and that part doesn't seem so hard, just a little time consuming- but that's only the start. Tony D
Can do the same thing with EFI and get decent mileage and all the noise to boot. Says the man with videos of a 67 Lemans Cobra 427 Side Oiler with 48IDAs being warmed up in the pits at Spa...
