StanTheMan
I have access to a pretty solid CNC machine and thought I'd make me some custom bits. First off is this EGR delete plate. This is a rough prototype. The final product will be a lot more refined and anodized in color. It's made out of billet duralumin. If there's interest, I guess I can have a few more made and I can anodize in pretty much any color. They will come with all hardware necessary (gasket & bolts)
jkelly
Looks good. I might be interested. I was thinking of mine the other day. Mine are pretty crude as they were cut out with a plasma torch.
JSM
Not to dissuade you more for a reference of cost: https://zcardepot.com/engine/engine-rebuild/egr-block-off-plate-billet-aluminum.html?search=Block+off Edited for bad grammar. That was bad! Edited March 31, 2017 by JSM
LanceVance
Do you do your own anodizing? I've been trying to find an affordable option for a few small billet parts I own, but so far nobody wants to deal with small orders... Plate looks good by the way!
