One is ported and nicely polished with a mild cam The other is from what I gather to be completely stock. I know that is not a lot to go by but what is the market like for the earlier e31 heads? If unshaven and the water jackets all look to be in good condition, then $400-ish isn't unreasonable. 108mm is the stock height, head gasket mating surface to valve cover mating surface.
