Kris88m
I got redirected. Same question though. Anyone know what the name of this is? I know it’s a pressure regulator but can’t seem to find an exact match anywhere. Thank you!
NewZed
Are you talking about the top one or the bottom one? There are two types of the top one, one with two inlets and one with one inlet, depending on year of car. The top one is the fuel pressure regulator (FPR). Yours looks like a 1976 FPR. The bottom one is the F.I.C.D.
Kris88m
Thank you for the input. It is the bottom regulator. I’ve noticed one of the lines was taken off and plugged. It led me to wonder if it was bad. What is the F.I.C.D?! Thank you!
NewZed
It is a vacuum operated device that pulls the throttle open a bit to raise idle speed when the AC compressor is working. Also called the fast idle actuator. If you don't have working AC you don't need it.

Kris88m
Oh okay! Makes sense. So on that note.. if I have my ac on full blast and I’m idling at a stop light. My Zs will drop idle so low that it stall out. I’m thinking that could be the stalling out issue.
