slownrusty Posted January 25, 2003 Share Posted January 25, 2003 Tim - I know some people say some "intercooler is better than none" but that Isuzu unit is tiny and only designed for a small 4cylinder engine. For the time and effort to mount the actual IC and fabricate intercooler piping my opinion would be its not worth it. My suggestion clean it up and put it on eBay if you get $40 for it you have quadrupled your investment and then you can put that money towards an IC better designed for a turbo straight six. At a minimum you should look at the Starion ICs but optimum would be the other great Isuzu IC off the NPR delivery trucks!
