S30Z Bushido Posted August 25, 2002 Share Posted August 25, 2002 well, i'm rebuilding aa 81 zx turbo motor that i eventually plan on swapping into my 76 280z. well, unbolted the water pump today from the block and i found about an inch of the metal that makes up the "snail" design was rusted off, i was wondering if this may be a sign of the motor being abused and how do you recomend i fix it? thanks.
