Corzette
OK, I will be in Texas and my Z will see some street driving. Do you guys think I will get more HP and Torque from a HP750 DP or the 750DP 4779? I read the posts on performance but is another $300 really worth a couple of HP? By the way how much more HP can you expect from the two carbs? I am running the 450HP build from the AirFlowResearch Site for the 355 SBC with the AFR 190s and XR282 Roller assembly. My specs are the same as that build. That build says the 4779 should be used and they make 450HP. By using the HP750DP do you think the HP would increase lets say 20HP or so? Any input is appreciated as I only want to make one purchase and trust everyone's experience on the matter. CZ
Mike C
Check out this post here: http://www.hybridz.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=17640 The 4779 is the best deal going IMO. Less than a 5 hp difference between the two, which is darn close to the dynos' percentage of repeatability.
