utvolman99
There is some guy selling new radiators on ebay to fit the 83-92 camaro. It says its a three row and you can buy it now for $139. I looked down the page and there are several of them. Is this the 86 camaro radiator that JTR suggest? Is this a good price? radiator
Mike kZ
That looks like the bigger one that wont fit. You need to find out if the core is around 20". If it's wider don't buy it.
V8ZRACER260Z
I'm using a Griffin Aluminum 2 1" core Radiator in my car. I payed around $200.00 for it at a local speed shop. They work alot better than most of the stock ones. Rick

Guest Anonymous
I'm not sure I'd buy one off Ebay, only reason is, there is about 5 or more different sized Camaro radiators, some look 'close' but unless it measures 25" or under (overall outside of tanks at the widest point) it'll never clear the frame rails (which probably vary a bit, mine were right at 25 1/8"). I'm not sure but I don't think that particular radiator that JTR used has three cores, its a tiny unit from a 4 and 6 cyl Camaro. Just an opinion. Guest Anonymous
Once upon a time .. I was going to end all this confusion and find that Camaro radiator at the least price and post my findings on this website. I encountered a nightmare of re-numbered dis-continued bought out etc etc... I wound up and bought a Griffin out of Summit for around $190.00 ( which is now way over due on delivery) A junk yard would be a good bet for a cheap radiator but closely inspect the plastic side tanks for cracking and bulging. You might find one that is a recent replacement and the right size. One weekend, I was 150 miles from home when an 84 Corvette radiator's plastic side tank developed a leak from years of heat expansion . On a Sunday morning with heat that went to 100 degress by noon, I was in a bank parking lot under a shade tree putting dabs of plastic concocations on that totally removed radiator's side tank to make it back home. Do not trust that old plastic to last after 15 years.
Tim240z
Try the junk yards. I picked up my Camaro radiator for 25 bucks. Tim
