J Taylor
Just curious. I am thinking about using a 240z tank in my 280z with one of the sumps sold on here. The sump will not fit a 280 tank and I have 2 240z parts cars is the only reason I am considering this. Since the tank will be sumped, is there any drawback to using the 240z tank, assuming it bolts in? JT
Clifton
The return line on 240 tanks are pretty small. Only a problem with a big pump.
Dan Juday
I seriously doubt it. I know you can't bolt a 280 tank into a 240. They have a very different shape on top. Bet you could make that sump fit your 280 tank with a little "clearancing".
