Georgia Flash
Hey guys, What is the benifit of having duel fuel inlets on a carb? Until the other day I thought that maybe the carb was hooked to two lines all the way back to the tank, you know like a return line and a main line. But I was looking at something on TV and saw that the duel line set up was only at the carb with one line going back to the tank, or so it appeared. So what is the reason for the two lines going into the carb from just one fuel line?
Mike C
In a highperf application, the fuel line is not the first source of flow restriction, but the needle and seat. Dual inlets double the flow area into the carb.
