NOS lines on the intercooler?

Has anyone here run nitrous lines on the front of their intercooler? Does it improve performance at all, as opposed to having the nitrous actually going into your motor. I have seen this a few times, show cars running lines on the front of their I/C's to make them colder, wonder if its just a waste of time (which im thinking it is).

I think you would need a dry set-up to run it through the intercooler, I would think fuel would puddle.

It works good to just inject a 30 - 50 shot after the intercooler. You get a nice cool hit. That is what I am going to do, eventually.

Be careful with plumbing it in front of the intercooler. I wonder if having the stuff sucked into the intake tract would create issue's. need an NOS expert for that.

If you can get ahold of a Turbo Magazine from last month, (turbo blitzkrieg 4 issue) they have an article on the spray bar. Gave 20 hp to a Buick GN. Maybe I can just make a copy outta the article or something... I'll see what I can do.

Ya you could make power by cooling the intercooler, but youll make more power if you jet it 75hp and spray it threw the T-body. Do you think the charged air is going to be any cooler than when you spray NOS into the stream right before the T-body? Good luck.
