Synlubes
Hey folks, I just paided $120.00 for 2 nissan "outter" tie rods for my 260. The site below has them for $35.00 each. The site says "Nissan Parts store", I can only guess that it is a Nissan part ? Has anyone purchased from these folks ? http://www.nissanpartstore.com/
fl327
i use the moog type tie rods, and i get them for 17.99 a side, shop discount. they are usually about 25.00 a side yes i know, not nissan, but i have about 20k on em, with no signs of pain. jgkurz
fl327, Do the Moog type tie rod ends have the ball joint and the rod that screws into the rack and pinion? What was the part# you used? Thanks!
fl327
they are the same thing as what came out of my car, they have that little joint at the end with the grease fitting, they come with a nice new rubber boot, and a new castlenut. i thought they were very nicely made, way better than a beck arnley type-that doesnt use the castelnut. but not as good as nissan it turns out, i had to return one because the threads wouldnt engage, and it really got me upset, since it added a day to a two hour project. Owen
Are these any good? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&category=33593&item=2418865029 With the Beck Arnleys, can you just switch to the castle-nut or is it physically impossible?
